actually love this but my account has been locked for over a week now, because of how I supposedly reacted with an add, could I please get some assistance…..update……my account is still under a temporary lock which has been for several months now. I made some very good friends on there I would still like to talk to, but moderators have neglected to do so. Could I please get some help or an answer? The app is amazing but the support is absolutely terrible. (Edit) seven months now and still nothing???? Edit I have been under the same temporary lock for a year, missing some good friends I made there could someone please help me??? This lock feels like anything but temporary update username was thered sorry for the late update I have not checked back in a while…..but please do help, it’s either thered theredhead or something very similar it has been so long since I have been able to log on but am very much looking forward to being able to log back on. Been a while any update on the temporary lock that has been going on over a year??

They really need to quit changing everything and making it harder to do anything. I remember when open space was a great place and now you can’t even get on it. And definitely start regulating people. I met my daughter‘s mother on here and now you don’t know who you’re meeting. Don’t charge me for everything if you’re not putting in the effort.

Extremely user unfriendly. Terrible design. Bad layout. Confusing interface and all for nothing bc it’s only meant to work if you pay a bunch of money first

usually have trouble with other apps, but this one helped me find real connections and genuinely nice people. It felt like this app could be where I finally find my person. Unfortunately, my account was dismissed for no clear reason, and I can no longer access it. I hope this can be reviewed, because this app truly meant something to me. I'm sad right now please help

Got a random temp block because of “how I was using the ads” didn’t think I would get blocked by just hitting the X button when the ad timer finished can someone please look into this UPDATE: it’s been 4 months and still no one has gotten back to me
