App does not work
After spending so much money on the neuro inventor kit the app crashes every time we try to use it. Can’t use the kits and can’t use the coding feature. We’ve tried multiple iPads and phones.
What is wrong with this app??
Every time I try to connect it , the app crashes! It’s been a year- please fix this…
App doesn’t download any sets
Pressing the download code sets does nothing. iPad or iPhone. Useable
Do NOT Buy Inventor Kit - ZERO Support and Extra Modules Don’t Download!
Can’t download any of the additional modules for the Inventor Kit on this app for my child. Tried 3x different iPads. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app as well - nothing works.
I also tried going to the MakeBlock website - where I discovered they haven’t even bothered to include anything under their FAQ section for the Neuron Kits. I tried to ‘Follow’ on their site, can’t even log in despite trying to create an account via Google, FB, and Microsoft. I looked up the FB group it all linked to on their site - last updated Nov 2021!! Useless.
Looks like despite the $$$$ charged for the Inventor Kit, and it still being actively sold for as a current product here in Australia in Nov 2025, there is zero support for the app or product itself by MakeBlock. So disappointing!!
