Absolute maddening trash

I wish I could give this garbage app from this garbage company negative stars. Support is nonexistent from the company and what is on the web is so conflicting it is impossible to know what to do. This thing has connected exactly once in three days for my expensive robot and it has never once communicated with or controlled the thing. I am livid that I bought my child this for Christmas and it does not work on ANY level

Why I hate this

I did everything right I can’t find why my robot can’t move forward instead it turns to the right and motor B go backwards I try coding I can’t flip it
