Can’t login

It won’t let me make an account. it keeps saying I already have an account even though I don’t. It won’t let me log into the account,I supposedly have even though I’m pretty sure I don’t actually have an account. I tried using a different email address and I had the same problem. It also won’t email me a link to reset my password for the account that I supposedly have.

TEDIOUS AND STUPID

All these apps are just too complicated. If I want to build a cabinet just let me put in the size, choose ‘panel’ and then move to join. Going back and forth to choose materials…then size, then place is ridiculous. You make it much too difficult for easy projects. Do you people work for the government??? Sure seems like it….you take a simple project plan and make it so frustrating people just quit. I can do my own plan drawings in half the time it takes to choose materials, size them, place them, try to readjust to make fit, THIS IS A WORTHLESS APP. Guess people who use it just don’t have the intelligence to use a ruler and pencil.

Good but…

It’s a nice app but the manual save is annoying especially given that it has a bug where the app doesn’t recover from the screen locking - I have to close it and reopen it - so if you get distracted and you haven’t saved in a while… bye bye work.

Petit conseil

L’application est génial et vraiment simple d’utilisation je conseille fortement néanmoins j’aurais quelques suggestions : il faudrait rajouter plus de matériaux pour le bois comme du mdr ou de l’agglomérer comme ça on sera plus sur de ce qu’on choisi. Ensuite il faudrait qu’on puisse changer la couleur de la féraille pied, poignet, etc.. en doré par exemple. Ensuite je trouve qu’au niveau des pied de meuble il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix il faudrait augmenter le registre, pour les autres feraille il y a une bonne diversité donc c’est ok. Ensuite ce serait bien de rajouter d’autres accessoires comme des plantes ou autre afin de mieux s’immerger dans notre création et enfin ce serait idéale de pouvoir ouvrir les portes de nos meubles pour avoir une vue intérieur. Voilà ce ne sont que des conseil et franchement c’est la meilleure appli pour crée des meuble que j’ai vu même pour moi qui est débutant c’est génial encore bravo.

So close to awesome

I love this app but unfortunately it has serious glitch issues resulting in loss of your entire project while working on it, which as we all know, is a huge bummer. I want it to work so badly so I can love it even more! Either projects won’t open, app will freeze, project will disappear, etc. Hopefully the flaws/glitches will get repaired in updates but I don’t know that I’ll stick around long enough to find out because of reasonable frustrations. No app support so not much else to try!

Used to love it

I used to love this app. Anything I could think up I could visualize. Unfortunately, for the last several months, every time I go to sign in, it gets stuck in a endless loading loop, and it won’t let me go past it

A craftsman’s must have!

I enjoy everything this app has to offer. The joinery is excellent. You don’t have to plan anything it plans it out for you as you join materials together and how can you not love cutting minor joints with this app there’s so much to offer and it’s here.

Cannot even send OTP

Cannot get past the login screen. Their servers cannot even send OTP to email address used for registration. An app that bugs on an already solved problem is not worth more than single star.

Amazing potential. But, in its current state it’s unusable.

This app has amazing potential. I’ve been using home by me for a while and it’s top notch and I believe these are related/same company.

This is a low rating for now but I do think it will improve I just wish it would do so quickly.

Both the app and the site load slowly. There are constant redirects and page refreshes randomly.

I have yet to successfully create a project from scratch or with a base.

I know y’all can do it. The integration with HomebyMe is super valuable.

I’m keeping it for now and will check back. Good luck Devs!!

Dubious Account Bugs

Establishing an account is futile. Projects are unable to be saved for multi-session design efforts. You will spend time designing projects that you will not be able to reload to continue your work.

Thanks for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Creating an account allows you to upload projects for safe storage, and access from any device. If by multi session, you are accessing one or more designs across different devices (or browser tabs for non app use), we would suggest saving and closing your project. On the app you can't update an open project if its modified elsewhere, you would need to close it then reopen to access the last saved version. If you’re open to it, we’d love to help troubleshoot and make sure your work is saved properly in future. Just reach out to us directly through the app or at makebyme.support@3ds.com

Issues

Only used it one good time for 20 mins. It keeps reloading back to the login page. That’s the only issue I have it seems like I’m going to enjoy the app if it would act right
