Help

Again I am having in the decorating area. There a free gem sale covering the spot to update my decorations. Some the this I want decorate, I can't get because there are sales stuff on top it so can't get to it. Please help. I really like this but they have fix it so I can move on.

Glitch

Needs an update. Not getting all my customers. Need to add more speedy shoes or able to by them with the coins we get. Like the game but there is a glitch. Only getting 8 of the 12 customers. 😔

Can’t claim prizes

Paid for golden ticket and I can’t claim prizes and when I beat levels the you can see the bells being added but when you check it’s shows zero bells after level 21

Love the game

I love the game but haven’t been able to play levels for a couple weeks now. I hit play on a level & nothing happens. No customers come, nobody moves, i can tap anywhere & nothing changes. I update from apple app store it says i have all latest updates so I’m sad I can’t play.

This games sucked 50 jewels

I had purchased some gems and went to play and it sucked 25gems and then I try to play it got stuck it did it the second time and this time I did one of my host it took that and didn’t let me play the game so it got me for 50 gems and a boost. I want my gems and boost or my money that I spent in gems back!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡

Game is freezing

This game is freezing. I have no idea how to contact Customer Support. I have prizes that I cannot collect because of the continuous freezing. Hopefully, I can still receive my prizes, and you guys fix the game.

Love the game but…

I opened it today after the newest update and I can’t play any levels. It’ll start the level, but the objective is just a white box and then the level starts and all the people just stand there and don’t move. Master levels or the main play level, it doesn’t matter. Please fix it soon, because I really like this game.

Annoying

So I really fell in love with this game. I loved the concept and everything but number one there’s no saving mechanism and second with the new Christmas update, this annoys me I can’t claim anything or exit out of it…it keeps freezing and that ends up making the game not as fun. I kept having to exit the app and reopen it again. And don’t try to tell me oh maybe it’s your storage no that’s not it at all it simply just will freeze and it makes me mad. I was at level 34 or something like that and then I deleted the app thinking it might not freeze. Nope I was wrong I lost all the progress I had made and then it froze again and had to exit out the app and then reload it again. Other than that it’s a fun game but those things need to change just saying
