Cannot load user info

Update:
I found that once I changed my username in maker world from the default one it gave me, and I entered the new one in to the app the stats started to populate. There are some screens that orphan me and force me to kill the app but other than that it seems to be working now.

The application has failed to load any User name that I have put into the application. Thus, none of the features work for me at all. I have tried this both on an iPhone as well as an iPad. Every time it tries to load it, it says that it has a network error and cannot load the user information.
