Deteriorating App Performance Over Time

This app used to be very user friendly... now more recently I find the app crashing for no reason mid-use, trying to perform simple tasks such as navigating between departments or locations. Also logs me off entirely and I have to manually enter my email and password much more frequently, this is very time consuming. These frequent and reoccurring issues started until about 3rd quarter 2018. Has only gotten worse over the past 3-4 months. Please fix!!

Cannot log in

No information on how to log in or start this up, I checked my spam folder and inbox and did not get nothing from the company, so I cannot log into it to even see if the program works well!
