Apologies for the misunderstanding - order received, but after a confusing delay
I ordered on March 26, and the status first said “being delivered,” then suddenly changed to “delivered,” even though I hadn’t received anything. It honestly made me think the store wasn’t real.
Later on, I got a message from my local delivery service saying there was a package ready for pickup—and it turned out to be my order.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, but the whole experience was pretty confusing. Waiting almost a month for delivery is a bit too long, and the lack of clear updates made it worse. I hope you can improve delivery speed and customer service responses.

Where is my package?
Very very disappointing. I cannot believe I bought the package 3 weeks ago and have not received it yet, nor I am able to get any information about the current status of the delivery.
Total lack of communication about the whereabouts of the package by Makeup and delivery company. Unable to track it.

Terrible service! They missed my order. When I try to contact MakeUp by email through their form in the app, I get an “invalid message” error without any explanation of what’s wrong. There is simply no communication with customers at all.

Lack of communication and long shipping time
I’m extremely disappointed with the delivery service provided through this app. I placed an order on January 4, 2025, and was initially told it would arrive within 4-6 days. However, by January 7, I received an update stating my package would now arrive between January 13-15. It wasn’t until January 21—14 days after placing my order—that I finally received it.
What makes this worse is the complete lack of communication from the team. I received no updates on the status of my order during this extended wait, leaving me uncertain about where my package was or when it would actually arrive. The app and delivery service need major improvement in both reliability and customer communication.
