I decide to stop use this apps. Because it is too many ads to watch before calculate house loan. It is really no professional apps to help

I was so loved this app more than any other mortgage app , until it suddenly appeared ads while I do calculation to my clients …. I Have to wait ad to stop , client have to wait for me to complete the loan calculation 😩 now I have to look for other app although layout not that nice but at least no ad 😭

Easy to use, room to improve
Ease of use - for improvement would be to link tabs and only requiring one time key in to obtain all related info. Also, to account for other costs involved such as disbursement, gst, valuation etc which can add up.
Rental Yield
This app is very good. It would be great if you guys can add on rental yield section. It would be awesome.
