Registration terrible
When I want to register, the app says unable bc that email address already had an account. But when I go for “forgot password”, the password never comes to my email.
No email confirmation
I would rate zero star if I could but there is no option for this. Wanted to give it a try by making reservation online but after the registration no email confirmation. Inbox not found junk mail not found. I can’t login with other account like google or FB… this is not user friendly.
Booking number
Please include option for those who got the number physically and want to check the queue through apps instead of making new reservations option only.
