Malleable Mind provides training courses for athletes and performers using sport psychology techniques and research. Mental Skills Training is essential to consistently maintaining high levels of performance. The training is completely backed by peer reviewed research. We have clear scientific evidence of the impact of mental skills in competition. The Courses Performance Anxiety: Although performance anxiety may appear as uncomfortable and hurtful to performance, leveraging anxiety improves performance. In this course, performers will learn how to manage anxiety in a way that is facilitative rather than debilitative. The course includes video segments and visuals to help the performer retain the information being taught. Many lessons include response submission to answer performance related questions. Mindfulness/Meditation: Course will be launching in April 2022. Confidence: Course will be launching in July 2022. Payment Options Malleable Mind provides a free course (performance anxiety) immediately after sign up. The customer will better learn how our courses are structured as to decide to access other courses. Track My Progress Are you interested in getting further feedback from a professional in the field? It can be difficult to change your habits on your own. If you perform new habits great for you, if you don't, nothing changes but it doesn't impact you much. You have an opportunity to receive one on one instruction and accountability. INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS The download of Malleable Mind is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Malleable Mind app, we offer one of the following options: Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
