I had my first experience ordering from this app and then I had finally received my items the string for my ldrago had come in broken BUT when I reached out to support they were straight to it with me I had requested a new string that’s all and instead they sent me a whole new ldrago set thank you

Can’t log in
I can’t log in to the app anymore. The website works fine but I got logged out of the app and keep getting errors now any time I try to log in.
Can’t login
It is a very good app but for a month now i have not been able to log in on the app. The website is fine but i cannot enter the app or use their limited time codes. I have written to the support team a few times and still no luck

The app is really good and it’s authentic real Takara Tomy Beyblades, my only complaint is that they should add more releases. But overall is a great way to get Takara Tomy Beyblades safe and easily.

Was exciting
So pretty new getting back into BEYBLADE so this was exciting ordered two items with the app it’s free shipping that’s amazing. I’ve done a few orders and then things started going downhill. My last order took a very long time to come in understandable as a pre-order. The bey I got the gimmick didn’t work and two more orders after this that I have tried failed but the money came out of my account I don’t know what’s going on but it’s not worth the hassle anymore.
