About
Designed as an in-store sales tool for our retail partners, the Malouf® RSA app connects to a base on your sales floor and leads customers through the features and benefits of an adjustable base.
The app is interactive and engaging for customers, while allowing customers to experience a base first hand. The initial screen allows customers to identify common sleep problems and rate their comfort level.
Then, assisted by voiceover, captions, and video, they are guided through the benefits of sleeping with an elevated head, elevated feet, and the Zero Gravity position. Throughout the experience, they continue to rate their comfort. The experience ends with a final comfort review, and information about installation and ease of use. Finally, they are given free rein to explore for themselves.
