Works but needs improvement
Reliable VPN service but it has a few flaws. Some websites do not allow use of VPN. I then disconnect the VPN and return to the website only to be denied access again. After much frustration I then realize that Malwarebytes VPN reconnected itself. This repeatedly happens and I have to repeatedly force it to disconnect again. This glitch needs to be addressed.
The other issue is there is no option to disconnect for a period of time, for example 15 minutes, and then automatically reconnect. This is available on the windows version and is just as important if not more important on the mobile version since I am usually traveling and in airports or coffee shops using my phone and often find the VPN is off and I forgot to turn it back on. Please add this feature to the iOS version.
Disappointing there is no place on the Malwarebytes website to request features or improvements. Or it is very difficult to find.

VPN fails on email connections
Intermittently I have to disable VPN when connecting via Comcast email to allow email downloads. Not sure why, but email account connections fail intermittently.

I did a trial with this mob & cancelled my subscription well in advance of my auto renewal, but right on queue they debited my card for a year anyway. I have sent my cancellation proof & credit card statement to my banks fraud squad to get my money back. And they claim to protect you!
DO NOT use this mob, there are many more honest VPNโs out there that are not tied to the 14 eyes!

Keeps Disconnecting
Epson Printers disconnect on Apple products if you have vpnโs on. Major bummer!
VPN 4 China
Tried many different VPNโs and this one gets the highest rating for internet connection while in China.
It blocks legitimate apps
I have to disable this vpn in order to use certain apps, so really no point in getting it - there are no settings I could find to see if a different protocol could help

It keeps disconnecting me, blocking traffic, double running on devices so I canโt add devices, using wrong device names in subscription dashboard so I canโt tell what device is logged in or not
