Worst app ever
"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this site has left me with no choice. I ordered two items over 14 days ago, and I am still waiting for any sign of delivery. In an age where most online retailers provide clear tracking and timely shipping, this site is stuck in the dark ages.
The most disappointing part of this entire ordeal has been the customer service. 'Pathetic' is the only word to describe it. They are unhelpful, dismissive, and seem to have no idea where my order is or when it will arrive. It feels like my money has just disappeared into a black hole. If you’re looking for a reliable shopping experience, look elsewhere. This site is unprofessional and completely unreliable."

mamaearth gives what it claims
I just received my 3 moisture matte lipsticks. They say the signature shade of carnation nude then cinnamon and pink plum. I tell you each one is awesome. And too good. And they boast all true claims. The lipstick feels as if some subtle cream is applied on the lips. It doesn’t give you that sticky chemical application feel. Too good. Off late I have been using MAC and Lovechild. But I tell you Mamaearth will be my go to brand for lipsticks today onwards. Thanks Mamaearth

Bad Experience with Mamaearth and there scam and swindle return policy
had a very disappointing experience with Mamaearth. Their refund policy is extremely poor. Even after more than a week, I still haven’t received my refund, and there has been no proper update or resolution from their side.
What makes the situation worse is their customer support. No matter how many times I try to contact them, I’m always redirected to a bot instead of a real customer service agent. Despite repeated requests to speak to a human representative, there has been no response or assistance.
This kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable for a brand of this scale. I expected better transparency, quicker refunds, and proper customer support. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.

Really worst customer support
Guys, I don’t know what happened to this Mama earth, I have placed a order for few products and once it’s delivered I checked the manufactured date oh my god it’s packed on 2024 of February almost all my products. Then I raised a request for a replacement then I got a mail saying that share the images with manufactured dates and expiring dates and the products sealed images. As per that instructions I have shared everything but it’s been a while no response from this team. Seriously Iam so disappointed. Yes I agree there is a still 3 to 4 months to get expiry. But the problem is I have ordered in big quantities and I wil be the only person wil be using the products so easily I can use it for long time….but now no response only from this team. Seriously Iam telling you the team. Don’t do this you have a good reputation in the market. If you don’t take care of your customers slowly you wil be loosing your customers. I have multiple options in the market. But still I have chosen Mama earth just for a previous good experience. I hope I wil get a solution soon.

3. Address Input Issues: The app is not capturing or saving addresses accurately. It either resets the entered address or doesn’t accept proper PIN codes and location details.

Suggestion: Kindly fix these bugs to improve usability. A smooth login, responsive UI, one-click cart addition, and correct address capture are essential for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Products are awesome and skin friendly. Few are economic too. But still according to price we are getting cruelty free good products. We are thankful for this initiative from Mamaearth. Received wrong product
I have ordered Mama at beetroot face wash, which was OMG sale. Buy one get one free, but I received some kind of compact. I have requested many times for this mama to get exchanged or please written and give me a refund, but this mama is not replying or responding properly, and their services are very bad. Please don’t order if you order any costly thing and they’ll send you a cheap thing, and they’ll say there is no replacement and no returning. I’m trying to contact them and they’re not getting me to reach them. I have tried in always. I have mailed them. I have complained about this issues in the chat section and mama application also, but they send a mail that there is no option to exchange or return. Is this the way, the customer services given by a company, it’s a totally fraud thing

Don’t buy online (SCAM)
I've been using Mamaearth products for the past year and have found them to be good. However, last week I found offers from Mamaearth online and placed a COD order. When the delivery was supposed to happen, no one contacted me through messages or calls. Instead, I received a message with a fake India Post number, stating that my address was incorrect and that they would attempt delivery again. They asked me to pay 25 INR for this. When I tried to pay, I received an OTP for a transaction amounting to 954 USD. I tried to contact Mamaearth's help desk, but they did not assist. It seems they are scamming customers and making money through these fraudulent activities. Mamaearth does not have a proper email or contact number for help. This has been the worst online experience I've ever faced. Please do not buy products online from Mamaearth.

Do not use their app
I have had the worst experience using the mamaearth app. I placed an order and the app cancelled it, while their customer support said the order is not cancelled. I did not recieve my order and then i raised the concern again, to which the customer support replied that the order was cancelled. I asked for refund and they initiated a refund and sent me an email which did not include a refund reference ID from the bank. There is no way I could track my refund and it has not been credited yet.

Worst Customer Support
The worst customer support band I’ve seen with any app till date! About an year ago I had received broken bottles of shampoo and conditioner- no resolution was given as I couldn’t get through a chat/call with an executive. The bot service is very bad as if some kid has developed the structure.
Cut to now- I placed an order yesterday, paid the amount, now I checked the app to see when I will get the products, it showed canceled. No email was sent for the cancellation. I wonder if I haven’t checked the delivery date, I wouldn’t have been informed that my order is canceled. I tried getting through the customer support, till date the app is trash, support is TRASH!! No information about refund. Very bad service- wouldn’t recommend. I am obviously not placing order because I got breached two times! They have no sense of accountability for what they do.

Delivery service is pathetic and lame and same is their customer support
I ordered some products from the app itself and that was prepaid! On the delivery date it was showing your product will be delivering today and without any single call from their courier partner after 8 ‘O’ clock I got a text that product has been undelivered because can’t relocate the address without any single call or any effort or being attempted for the delivery! After multiple calls/chat with the customer support in which some of responded and some not still struggling to get my order delivered but no response yet! No words to describe how bad I am feeling right now! In fact there is no tracking details available!! Really bad experience from Mamaearth did not expect that bad from you!!

Pathetic and unreliable delivery service
These guys takes your time as granted, for prepaid orders they take more than a week time without any status updates to customer, once customer reaches to them then they will simply cancel the order without any information.
This happens to me twice and you will never know when your order gets delivered, sometimes it comes with in 2 days and sometimes it never comes and order gets cancelled. If you have any urgent and quick thing from then please stay away from them otherwise you may waste your time.

Excellent products
I’ve been using Mamaearth products for quite sometime now , i must say the products are excellent , without any side effects , specially the ubtan face wash , it has removed tanning in my face almost completely. Their ubtan night face mask equally does the trick , am a 100% sure if the same quality is maintained I won’t go for any other brand!

Pathetic App and worst service
I had ordered few items on 14th Nov. based on the service delivery timeline of 15th Nov.. It was not delivered on 15th and I received messge that it will be delivered on 16th Nov. I even contacted your customer service and they assured that the items will be delivered by 16th.. however it was not to be. And Now the app shows that the delivery will be on 17th.. And I will not be there to collect the delivery. The App does not even allow cancelling the order.. And to top it all Even received message from Mamaearth that the product is delivered.. But IT HAS NOT Been DElELIVERED….
This is pathetic, and the service is worst that I have experienced in comparison to other shopping apps.

Unable to login
Mamaearth application is not working in my iphone 13. Reinstalled app several times but still same issue. Even website is not working showing 403 forbidden error. When i try to login otp is not received after entering phone number.
Worst Customer Support
I have never seen such an irresponsible app. I have ordered for a hair oil package and the address was automatically updated without my approval. I have already moved out from that address and when I tried to change the address the app didn’t allowed me to change my address. When I tried contact the customer care, those idiots aren’t responding at all. The Mamaearth products may be good but the employees/app/management of Mamaearth is not at all worth trusting. I would never consider this worthless app for my future purchases and also I will make sure that none of my family&friends prefer this so called cheating app.

I have been using the products of mamaearth from approximately 5-6 months and i must say i am very satisfied with the results… earlier i used to have dandruff in my hairs but by using tea tree shampoo, the dandruff is gone… i am able to get my beard in proper shape with the help of beard oil and most importantly i am using mamaearth’s soaps and i must say… these soaps are the best of all times… overall it is a really mind blowing experience of using mamaearth products

I was very tense about my dandruff issues and had applied many shampoos earlier… finally my jiju guided about tea tree anti dandruff kit of mama earth and only after two uses , my dandruff reduced to almost 80 percent… m very grateful to mama earth for it and i wish they continue to make genuine products and keep solving problems of people like this 😊

Poor and Pathetic delivery service
I have order baby products on Mamaearth app. It was supposed to be delivered by 17th Oct 2021. I have Baby ceremony tomorrow. They started delaying the product delivery since 17th. I have approached customer care messaging service. They have escalated the issue as well still the delivery is showing tomorrow. Johnson n Johnson delivering same day delivery. I went with some fake reviews of Mamaearth trusting the products. Never trust this app. The app doesn’t load the order details page to atleast cancel the order. The Customer support team don’t cancel the order. Now what is the point of me getting the product when not being given on time of need. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Mamaearth. Will never recommend anyone.

Mama-earth is a best brand that i recommend everyone to choose. It suits all skin types y because even my skin is sensitive I tried a lot but not suited to my skin but this is the only one which suited to my skin perfectly even my hubby started using the mama-earth products who is not willing to apply any cream on his face.
