Fix the app
The last issued update for this app on appstore was two years ago and a quarter of dhiraagu customers use this app. The iOS version of this app is so laggy and unstable it ridiculous it feels like running an app on a frame per second having to wait 5 minute just for the instruction to initiate, please take into consideration to fix the app and issue an update.

Worst app ever!!
Recharged the number to get RB, tried to take a pkg but it gave a error showed my balance was at 0. Called customer support and they said technical team will call. Its been 4 F’ing months calling them everyday. At this point i doubt they even have a technical team. SCAM COMPANY SCAM SERVICE !!!!

Very slow and crashing
I’ve been on mamen package for almost 3+ years. Everytime I try to purchase data, voice, its crashing and lagging. need to restart few times to get it to work. there is no other choice but to use this app, because this is by far cheapest option to voice/data for me. hope you improve this app

constantly eats up my money. whenever i recharge the exact same amount, its a 50-50 chance i get lower or higher rb than i did the last time. i have to constantly recharge since the app keeps eating up all my minutes even when it wasnt used. it is so freaking laggy and takes so long to load. i cant even slide to add any minutes, data or texts because “transaction failed”. in the meantime, my money is getting drained out! 🤡

Lately there was talk about reducing the internet price a minister was faired a new minister came fooled the citizens of Maldives nothing change

I hope prices will be much lower in a short period of time

This app is horrible, it has so many bugs to fix, yet Dhiraagu people doesn’t care. They don’t care about their customers, they just want money
