Horrible
I switched to mana in 2022. I was interested and an easy banking solution with good perks, what I got was a barely functional banking experience. It was easy to sign up but after signing up problems started to pop up right away. They sent me my debit card which DID NOT work without using Apple Pay, I contacted support and they told me they would get it sorted within a week. They never fixed it. Additionally I was never able to get proper support other than the automated fraud prevention service after that first inquiry. While the perks were okay, they also had various issues ranging from, not receiving the advertised 2x points for games (I never once got 2x points from any of the steam games I purchased), to redemptions just not going through. Lastly and the biggest thing, the bank is CLOSING at the end of April, giving users only a month notice. This whole banking experience was miserable, hopefully this will be the last we hear from “Mana”.

Wish I could give 5 stars
I don’t use Mana anymore because the games don’t progress most of the time at all… I joined this app in November 2023 thinking I can get easy gift cards because I play a lot of games but I was wrong.. i emailed support and they just told me “wait a few days and email us back if it continues” so I wait a few days and they just reply with “thanks for contacting support, have a great day” so I basically stopped using this app. Kinda wasted my money subscribing to Mana Lite 🙃

Happy with my service
I have signed up for prepaid cards programs before but they don’t offer anywhere near the value you get with Mana. Setting up direct deposit and my external account were super easy and when my card arrived I had no issues activating. all of my purchases and withdrawals have gone through without any problems. I see reviews saying they wish mana offered this or that but it’s a new program and to me it looks like they are adding new stuff each month so at this time I am very happy with my experience

Worst Card ever
What is crazy is that I wrote a review already and I think the app took it down on how bad this card really is I’ve emailed them three times about closing my account because I can’t get my card to unfreeze and that was over a month ago and still no one has responded if you’re thinking about getting this card, please don’t.

App is not working properly
I started this around November 7th and connected my game accounts and started playing my games normally then I go to check to see if it progressed and didn’t so I emailed support and told them that it hasn’t progressed at all and they just told me that they’re working on it and a few days later i email them back and they said that it says it’s working on their end so I ended up disconnecting my account and reconnect it and it started to work for a bit then stopped AGAIN in November 13th at 80 points just for 7 days and I’m still playing regularly and it’s still at 80
It’s December now… so it hasn’t been working for 6 weeks now

Overall it definitely has potential
Had this for about a year now, and there are some problems ya, but overall I like it a lot. The fact I actually earn points for playing Fortnite and Apex is enough for me to really appreciate it. Has some bugs and some kinks to work out, but I’m fine with it for now.

Could be great one day, but it’s useless for now.
This app and bank seemed great at first and I was excited to be an early adopter. The pro tier was absurdly expensive, but I gave it a shot under the assumption that the service would rapidly improve over time. This was not the case.
The rewards and perks are meager at best; most of the “purchasable” items in the shop are just discounts on full-priced items, and I also experienced MULTIPLE odd instances with my account balance randomly changing (both increasing and decreasing) despite no purchases being made. I allowed my account to be closed after the second or third time that it randomly overdrew by around 20 cents after a period of inactivity. I still never received any notifications or explanations as to why this happened.
Again, this bank has potential and I wanted to love it. But the lame perks that do not match the cost of the pro tier (especially for early-adopters), fishy account activity, painfully slow transfers, and useless rewards, I could not put anymore time or money into this service. I am just glad that I never took the risk of getting my paycheck direct deposited to this account.

I enjoy is mana but needs improvement like on connected game accounts I use this for subscription only so I can get tons of points
Could not verify address?????
No matter how many times I put in my address it tells me I entered it wrong and I’m getting very mad.

Great card for gamers
Finally a rewards card for gamers! I can earn rewards by using my card to pay for everyday purchases. It’s easy to set up, use, and earn rewards! The Mana shop already has a lot to offer and I can’t wait to see what’s next!!
Amazing bank and customer service
Joe had amazing customer service and cares about his customers. This bank is amazing and I’m here to stay for awhile. If you like a lot of cash back and like gaming banks with awesome perks switch to mana. Mana is also good for regular customers too who aren’t gamers due to their cash back system.

This app is terrible. I asked a while ago if they could close my account once they sent an email that they were going to start charging a yearly fee to have this account. Plus the “mana” points you get you can only use to get a discount on certain gift cards. Don’t waste your time with this account. They still have yet to close my account & I still get emails from them even though I have unsubscribed several times.

never using a big bank again
ive been giving my money to banks with nothing in return, at least mana gives me something back
