Updated Version is Out Of Date
Logged into the new version and all history was gone. Has since rebooted which is good. Word of warning to those who rely upon this app for their appts, this app no longer shows all upcoming appts even when they’re from the same hospital and same clinic. Always check with the hospital and check the emails and sms messages directly from the hospital.

It was better before
Firstly- this app literally helps me to stay alive so I’m grateful for it.
However since the update, I can no longer stay logged in, so every time I want to use it I must relogin and verify with the code sent to my email etc - so it slows down the process significantly.
It also frequently crashes upon opening which is annoying and unpredictable.
If it were easier to access, I’d have no problems with it

Amazing app UN-USEABLE by elderly due to “security”
This is an amazing app which had the POTENTIAL of keeping my elderly mum out of an aged care home - unfortunately the security method chosen (emailed letters for every time you open it) is 100% unusable by my elderly dad who is her carer. Why can’t it use a pop up Authenticator like accounting software (such as Xero) uses?
How many 80 year olds can go to email, open a message, copy text from that message, go back to an app, have steady enough hands to paste or type???
Why must it be for every time to open the app? Why can’t I set it up on my dad’s iPad once and it keeps him logged in?
You are “protecting” him from helping himself.
We all (taxpayers) have invested in this truly FANTASTIC idea. It has amazing functionality and is just the most potentially useful app to keep my mum at home instead of a hospital, hospice or aged care.
You have made it truly unusable by the elderly. Ridiculous security. Fools.

Login frustrating
Unable to use face id. Unable to stay logged in. Almost always requires a new password at every login attempt. Every login requires a code be retrieved from email. Seeing unnecessary appointments that mean we’re always called hospital to confirm requirements.
App unusable for months
This app has been very handy in keeping track of the various appointments of the family members, for the last few months it has been unusable. It will load the initial Manage My Care screen then fade to a blank white screen and goes no further. I have deleted and re-download it to no avail.
Worse App
Use to be able to put a pin in to login now I have to go through such a headache to login which takes much longer.
Needs rework
Doesn’t save login via app, have to login each time via email and password and code that is then sent to email and then need to enter code and confirm and only after it logs you in. As if I was never logged in. it’s annoying!! Fix please . Used to be able to login via safari. Not anymore!
New but worse
New app looks good, but has worse functionality than the framed website of the previous app.
Specifically, it doesn’t remember login details, so every time you open it you’re faced with a login needing 2FA via email which takes nearly a minute per try. This should remember the account and use on device biometrics to confirm upon open.
Then you also get notifications for “a new appointment note” which is never a new appointment or a note anyway. So each time someone in the hospital clicks on your appointment, you get to waste 5 minutes seeing if anything changed. Almost as bad as linked in notifications.

Latest Update
Latest update says it has an easier login. What a joke. Used to just put my PIN in and away you go. Now it’s a full email and password plus it sends a verification email to get a code. Absolutely hate this update.
Updated version is terrible
I am a very very constant user of this app, or should I say was? App and log in was fine, and easy to use. Now you have to log in twice, get codes and re log in over and over on repeat. No good when in between appts and trying to find details you need straight away, not waiting for codes, no pin option, or keeping you logged in. etc. Red

Logs out
I have pointed several family members to this app as it is a good way to keep up to date with appointments being booked by specialists or different departments which is great if you’re seen by several. Recently every time I open the app I have to log back in and get the verification code that was emailed to me to complete login. This is rather frustrating especially if you’re opening multiple times in a day.

Offline
My wifi is on but cannot access Manage My Care as it says I am Offline. I checked for latest version of app but still the same message
Login is worthless & time consuming
Latest update is absolutely rubbish. You have to submit a code each time to login, so going to your email to put in a codei time consuming & frustrating whereas before login was automatic & had finger print sensor. As usual the WA health system stuffs this app up & makes it worse for patients.
Be much better if you had 2FA Authentication but WA health still living in the dark ages!!
I’d rather not have the hassle & I'm deleting my account as it is worthless if you can’t have quick access.

Terrible update
Now I have to re-enter my username, password, then open my emails, receive a new code and enter that every time I open the app. Previously I could just enter a PIN. As someone who uses secure passwords, this results in a ridiculous number of steps for something that is supposed to take pressure off the phone appointment system. Please fix the new bug!

Manage my care useless!
Totally useless!!!
Much improved
The latest update makes it easy to log in and snappy to use.
Notifications would be great
I use this to keep track of my fathers many appointments, as with our health care and where he is at, they don’t ring you to ask when, rather just get them added randomly. I get that happy to take whatever appointment he needs, however it would be a great feature to add in notifications of when something is added, I have to physically check it a couple of times a day in order to see if something has been added (my father gets the text however isn’t reliable at passing them on) there is also providers that don’t use the app even within the public system (such are chemotherapy treatment appointments), the ability to add these manually would be of great assistance

Version doesn’t match
This app recently changed, but the last reported version and the reviews are for a version published to the app store 9 months ago.
Needs work
I receive emails from the app detailing changes. The emails do not contain any details of the changes.
I go to app and there is no way to correlate the emails advising changes to what has changed.
Please fix this. The email advices are a waste of time.
As an extra, appointments are made by others. Please include a mechanism/contact details for who made the appointments and how to contact them.
There is reference to appointment letters. These are physical letters that sometimes do not arrive in time for the appointment.
Please ad facial recognition login where appropriate.

Useless
Complicates things, very old in security and verification. Should be using biometrics.
