New but worse
Specifically, it doesn’t remember login details, so every time you open it you’re faced with a login needing 2FA via email which takes nearly a minute per try. This should remember the account and use on device biometrics to confirm upon open.
Then you also get notifications for “a new appointment note” which is never a new appointment or a note anyway. So each time someone in the hospital clicks on your appointment, you get to waste 5 minutes seeing if anything changed. Almost as bad as linked in notifications.

Needs work
I go to app and there is no way to correlate the emails advising changes to what has changed.
Please fix this. The email advices are a waste of time.
As an extra, appointments are made by others. Please include a mechanism/contact details for who made the appointments and how to contact them.
There is reference to appointment letters. These are physical letters that sometimes do not arrive in time for the appointment.
Please ad facial recognition login where appropriate.

Manage My Care
An area of improvement I would like to see is that all hospitals linked to this app and Outpatients Direct put the Manage My Care flyer in with every regular letter so that new patients are aware of it and as a first point of call, hand a flyer to each new patient going through ED for future appointments at each hospital. I was not aware of this excellent app until six months first after attending PCH Hospital and many appointments in between then and now. It was not until I received a letter in the mail from SCG Hospital which included your flyer. A lot of wasted time and frustration could’ve been avoided.
Also Outpatients Direct admin staff are not aware of this app and how it operates.
Simple Appointment Management
Hospital map is a nice feature.
Would get 5 stars if it had a feature to export appointments to my email client.
