Updated Version is Out Of Date
Logged into the new version and all history was gone. Has since rebooted which is good. Word of warning to those who rely upon this app for their appts, this app no longer shows all upcoming appts even when they’re from the same hospital and same clinic. Always check with the hospital and check the emails and sms messages directly from the hospital.

It was better before
Firstly- this app literally helps me to stay alive so I’m grateful for it.
However since the update, I can no longer stay logged in, so every time I want to use it I must relogin and verify with the code sent to my email etc - so it slows down the process significantly.
It also frequently crashes upon opening which is annoying and unpredictable.
If it were easier to access, I’d have no problems with it

Amazing app UN-USEABLE by elderly due to “security”
This is an amazing app which had the POTENTIAL of keeping my elderly mum out of an aged care home - unfortunately the security method chosen (emailed letters for every time you open it) is 100% unusable by my elderly dad who is her carer. Why can’t it use a pop up Authenticator like accounting software (such as Xero) uses?
How many 80 year olds can go to email, open a message, copy text from that message, go back to an app, have steady enough hands to paste or type???
Why must it be for every time to open the app? Why can’t I set it up on my dad’s iPad once and it keeps him logged in?
You are “protecting” him from helping himself.
We all (taxpayers) have invested in this truly FANTASTIC idea. It has amazing functionality and is just the most potentially useful app to keep my mum at home instead of a hospital, hospice or aged care.
You have made it truly unusable by the elderly. Ridiculous security. Fools.

Login frustrating
Unable to use face id. Unable to stay logged in. Almost always requires a new password at every login attempt. Every login requires a code be retrieved from email. Seeing unnecessary appointments that mean we’re always called hospital to confirm requirements.
App unusable for months
This app has been very handy in keeping track of the various appointments of the family members, for the last few months it has been unusable. It will load the initial Manage My Care screen then fade to a blank white screen and goes no further. I have deleted and re-download it to no avail.
