White Screen
After logging in, there’s a white screen. Just blank. When we had the nurse visit, I couldn’t get pass the register the account screen now this. I can’t access our information on the website either…. I’m not sure why this app hasn’t been updated or tested out so users can enjoy a bug free app. Zero stars.

Fix it
When I log in it keeps on a loading screen or it’ll send me back to the login screen. Getting annoying being harassed to do a health assessment that I can’t even do on a app
Negative star review
This app is junk. Useless and never works. When you call customer service they tell you the easiest way to access any info is via the app or website. Well, when you download the app and get through the login process, you get a loading page…and that’s where your journey ends. I’ve let that page load for 4 hours and never got to anything.

When trying to login in it said an error occurred and to report the issue. It would not let me in

Unauthorized?
Instead of letting me log in at all it tells me I’m unauthorized and doesn’t let me. Account works on the website perfectly fine. Frustrating.

The app will not verify my member number so I cannot log on. Does not work.

The app doesn’t even load
The screen literally stay white. I just downloaded it yesterday. How do y’all expect us to use it and take care of our business if it doesn’t work?

Hard to use and does not always work
I have to teinter information or a lot of tubes I get a white screen and can’t use it even if I delete the app and try to reinstall it again. I usually just call them instead.
