Can’t even login
I am stuck in a loop of reset password and verification email code throwing an error. Do better!

Cannot get past all the login and authentication errors to even access the app. Massive fail.

Always logs me out and always have trouble logging back in. End up resetting password and even then doesn’t accept code. Lucky you don’t have to use it in an emergency
If you get a login error go to the website to sort it out.
If they require a change of password it will not say so in this app. You will just get an error message to try again later, every time. You will need to use the website to change password.

Without doubt the worst health app in the WORLD. Hard to log in, clunky, slow, constantly logs me out. Do better.

The login process is a debacle. Imagine a health app so badly designed and deployed that just trying to use it will make your health worse. Then imagine something even worse than that. Unbelievably bad.
Useless
It wouldn’t recognise my password so I had to change it.. I have gone through the process 5-6 times and every time it says that my new password is invalid.. get it sorted.
Prefer other apps
Disappointing there’s not ability to get historical or progressive graphs from blood test. Other apps have this especially if you’re tracking bloods etc.

3rd world experience
This app is designed offshore with contractors in 3rd world countries that don’t know what they’re doing. It’s to save money but it’s playing with our data and giving us a terrible experience.
The recent breaches show this and the design speaks for itself. The government should step in and rip these guys from all GPs. It’s absolutely appalling.

Worst app ever.
Fix it or just give up.
Can’t log in
Having trouble logging in. When I enter the one time code it comes up with a pop up saying ‘information’ with nothing else. When logging in from browser I had no trouble.

First of all, privacy breach… then it is like a mission to log in every time. It never works at first try. The code kept failing, finally got in, told me I needed to update. Very user unfriendly and I’m sick of using it. It’s much easier to call my GP. If we want to move to APP self-manage, can we pls take an APP actually does the work?

Disappointing app
You need to fix this over security: app doesn’t remember password, then it sends you email verification code, then it tells you to go and update it, then it immediately asks for your password again, and then, yep, it sends you another verification code!
And all that with enabled biometrics!

Not at all user friendly
Time wasting when we wanted to see our reports. After login asking to update and giving no option to cancel. Trying to see important data but bothers us for in necessary authentication.
Biometrics dont work
I’ve set it up multiple times and it says the two step verification can be using an OTP or face ID but face id is never an option
What a pain to use…
The recent change to two factor verification is a step away from accessibility for many people. It makes access to the app impossible if you can’t get to your e-mail and unnecessarily complicates the process. The appointment booking system doesn’t work either, it seems that my practice doesn’t want to use it. Not an impressive app, sorry !
