Just downloaded latest version, nowhere to request more medication like usual, very inconvenient.

Too bureaucratic. Outdated and inefficient system. Support doesn't work; it gets stuck in an infinite loop with no access to any assistance
Still won't prioritise my chemist
Every time I try to make Wellington Compounding Pharmacy my default pharmacy, the app instead defaults back to the old company from 4 or 5 years ago called Craig's Chemist. Which DOESN'T EXIST!!!

Horrible, nonsensical app design
Despite adding face authentication, users still need to verify their identity using their email?? Isn’t that a bit redundant ??? It also makes you sign in again multiple times, because if you do something it doesn’t like it will just log you out. Terrible app
Frustrating
Tried to login after 6 months
App didn’t recognise my saved password, so tried to reset .
The reset page has too many options and doesn’t seem to follow a clear sequence . Finally after five attempts I succeeded . WHEW
