The Dr didn’t even take the time to speak to me like a human being it was abrupt barely a conversation/consult. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s a waste of time.

Good luck in trying to get any reply from this lot...sent me on to another platform after AI contact gathers personal information and then nothing. Feels like a scam. Don't waste your time and money, at least with real doctors you get a response. Be careful.
Waste of money
I had a good experience the first couple of times, which prompted me to pay for an Unlimited membership. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience since. Contacted them through the chat on a Saturday, it is now Tuesday afternoon with no response yet. I have tried starting another new chat, a chat with their support team, AND tried emailing with still no reply?! According to their website it’s meant to be a 7 day a week guaranteed same-day response. Ended up having to go through my normal GP and paying a fee which defeats the purpose of paying for this membership. Really really frustrated, annoyed and angry. Will be cancelling my membership (if anyone ever replies to me!!).
