The Dr didn’t even take the time to speak to me like a human being it was abrupt barely a conversation/consult. Wouldn’t recommend, it’s a waste of time.

Just went around in circles trying to get a consult for a simple prescription. Useless!

Good luck in trying to get any reply from this lot...sent me on to another platform after AI contact gathers personal information and then nothing. Feels like a scam. Don't waste your time and money, at least with real doctors you get a response. Be careful.
Waste of money
I had a good experience the first couple of times, which prompted me to pay for an Unlimited membership. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience since. Contacted them through the chat on a Saturday, it is now Tuesday afternoon with no response yet. I have tried starting another new chat, a chat with their support team, AND tried emailing with still no reply?! According to their website it’s meant to be a 7 day a week guaranteed same-day response. Ended up having to go through my normal GP and paying a fee which defeats the purpose of paying for this membership. Really really frustrated, annoyed and angry. Will be cancelling my membership (if anyone ever replies to me!!).

Dangerous prescribing
Prescribed Estrogen patches without progesterone to protect uterine lining which can lead to uterine cancer, then proceeded to falsy prescribe double the dose of progesterone indicated. I can only thing the poor GP had multiple chats open at the same time to make such mistakes. Please go to your real GP..

Convenient, efficient, and a quick diagnosis
Worked well. No complaints about the service and efficiency! Much better than sitting in a waiting room or attempting to get a same day consult.
Only issue was with the automatic address searcher not having my address.
Will definitely use again for appropriate concerns.

Great App
Great app, and such a great concept. I was able to register and get a script within 15 minutes and cheaper than seeing my GP.
An app is only as useful as those who use it!
Regarding the app, it’s too big for my iPhone SE so the tabs overlap etc. making it harder to use.
Regarding it’s use by my GP service to provide outreach services, it’s a rip-off and the GP who did my consult was negligent in his practise…paying the full face-to-face fee to send messages back and forth to a GP who can’t be bothered using basic interviewing skills is appalling! My wife also experienced an issue when she requested a repeat of a long-standing prescription through the app only to have it declined!
How is this app supporting ethical and quality practice?

Makes appointments easier and faster!
It really does what it promises. GPs available even after hours and repeat script are faster to get. No more waiting on the phone or waiting for a script for 2-3 days before being sent to you or your pharmacy.

I wasn’t sure about this app but it was an easy and positive experience. Great doctor, fast engagement and if they can’t help online as you need to come in they don’t charge.
Not very intuitive.
Could be laid out in a much more clear manner.

Life Changing
What this app basically does it dramatically improve the time of illness to the time you get the medication you need, in an overwhelmed healthcare system like the one we have here in New Zealand this is EXACTLY what people need to get basic treatment FAST.
If your clinic is booked out 4 weeks like mine and it’s basically impossible to get the medication you need then this app is genuinely life changing, I went from having to wait between 1-4 weeks for medication to usually same day prescriptions. So if you’re someone like me that needs something simple like antihistamines or antibiotics then this app would be life changing.

3 days ago I sat in a doctors office and waited 4.5 hours for an emergency appointment. I knew what was wrong with me (tonsillitis). I just needed a prescription. I got it. But then a few days later I needed more medication. A friend told me about this app, and within 5 minutes I had an updated prescription for the medication I needed

How Good!
I have been unable to get in to my own doctor for the past two days and I thought my only option was waiting at afterhours for hours on end with a one year old until someone suggested this. Great experience and saved me time and money. 100% recommend!
Clunky and impossible to use - nothing intuitive here
This app is light years away from Manage My Health - the app used by my previous doctors surgery. Make a mistake trying to upload a photograph and you will find you are unable to access another photo.
Putting in my address and my doctor’s surgery name was also difficult - I had to put in my details more than once for the ‘next’ button to appear.
Altogether hopeless. Unfortunately, I will have to ring my doctor every time I want to make an appointment, get a repeat prescription or get a test result.
