Used to work
Keyboard will stay stuck on screen, which is annoying. Also, when I go to write notes, page doesn’t scroll anymore like it used to, and it makes it inconvenient.
Dark mode
Thanks for making it compatible with dark mode

App must have updated this weekend.
Last week, IPad display has been set to dark theme and everything fine, now on dark theme the menu block is dark and the words are also dark. Can’t read the titles for the selectable icons. Went back to light theme and everything looks normal.
Also changed the “notes” section as I can no longer select the type of note I want to create (general or work). Still not the easiest to navigate through and doesn’t automatically update or refresh when a new work order is added by home office, have to manually do a refresh to find new assigned work.

Very glitchy
Big disappointment
Great app but...
This app is great but when I pull up the “more” under work order or inspections the more options comes up behind the main screen. You can’t access the more options at all.
Fantastic
Works great
Not ready for prime time.
Not listed as ‘beta’ here, but that’s the response we got when trouble came was that it in fact was still in beta.
When it completely broke on our Samsung Tablets, the response for approximately 1 week was mixed between ‘mobile apps are hard’ , ‘this is beta, there’s only so much we can do’ & ‘those Samsung’s are pretty low end.’
Only after proving several points, did they find (or admit) that the problem is in our database.
They all seem competent and honest, just very disappointed in the mobile aspect of the product.
