There’s absolutely no way this is an app for a private institution. What is this?
Every time I try to login I’m told the password is wrong and I change it every time. You can’t be serious.
Please hire a new app developer, please. How are we supposed to do our schoolwork?

App doesn’t work
It’s disheartening to see the negative reviews being put up with no response from the devs to at least sympathise or even offer to solve the issues experienced. I’m writing this review almost a year later after the repeated failures of this app have been reported and still nothing has been done. As an app that is crucial to the learning experience that Mancosa offers, it’s only just that you prioritise at least attending to the listed issues. Please do find it in your capacity to mitigate these problems.

Keeps saying wrong password
It’s tiring, I always have to reset my password even if I’ve saved it on my phone

One off the worst apps ever. Most outdated interface and not user friendly. I cannot even update my contact details….update button does not work. Please redesign with the student as the end user.
Password
Worst App I have used. I have to go to forget password every time to access the app.
Useless!
Useless application. Since my update I haven’t been able to access my profile. My password is wrong and strangely enough before the update I could access my profile with ease.
What’s with the default profile picture?
Please include an option to change one’s profile picture because we can’t all be the same white person wearing a panda suit please. Who even decided that that was the correct decision?
Difficulty resetting password
The upgrade does not allow for re setting of passwords and does not accept my previous password …where the forgot password option is selected only feedback is bad request with no alternatives to reset
Fix the app
This app is absolutely ridiculous! Half the time the authentication doesn’t work and you have to phone student services the morning of your exam or it is always closing for no reason or you try and chat to support and the option to type doesn’t work

Wrost App Ever
It won't even let you in! You cannot enter the app even after you use the correct login details. This app is so frustrating.
Apple update
I have done the update, however there has been no change to the app. The latest features shown under the app preview are not available. It does not look anything like the app preview.
Terrible
The app keeps kicking me out. I have to try and race to authenticate before it kicks me out. This takes many attempts. So frustrating.
April 2022 update is a disaster!!!
App doesn’t work anymore after April 2022 update, now with immediate 100% crash rate on every App launch
New update
This new update is bad. I can’t even access my results. If I try to access them the app just exits itself.

Latest update done on 25 April 2022. App is not responsive and App exits back to home phone home screen within a second. Please investigate ASAP.
OSA authentication
This app does not work at all.
I have been trying to authenticate for the past two days.
No advisor has given me information that has provided me with a solution.
I feel the authenticating process is unnecessarily complicated.
If I am unsuccessful with authenticating, this means I am unable to write my OSA? Even though fees would have been paid ?

Please consider doing away with the app, or fix a problem that not 1 but numerous students are facing.
This is extremely unfair and is putting a lot of students at a disadvantage.

Disappointed
This is one of the worst app ever created. I’m supposed to be writing my exam now however I can’t do the app authentication. I continuously get unable to detect face error. Mancosa is really disappointing 😡😡
