Frustrating App
One of the worst Apps I have come across. After receiving the OTP, which one gets after 2-3 attempts, and entering it in time, it says ‘Invalid OTP’. After three frustrating attempts, I am giving up.
Poor Experirnce
When you visit a temple, your overall experience matters. But, BAPS Abu Dhabi makes it miserable right from the start.
1) To book online, you have to provide a lot of information for each and every member. There is no option not to provide the information we don’t want to provide. This is a breach of international data collection norms.
2) When we arrived, we tried to park in P1 as it was not even half-full. But, we were told that P1 is meant only for staff and that our booking is valid for P3 only. Nowhere is it specified in the booking. So, we had to drive 10 kilometers back to P3 as there is no U turn. And then, P2 was fully blocked for no apparent reason.
3) The QR code scanning by staff is extremely inefficient and they ask for identity documents in addition to QR code. Why is that required?
4) The security check is airport-like but they don’t even have baskets to keep our personal items removed (belts, wallets etc.).
5) One of the volunteers misbehaved with us by accusing me of taking a video which I had not. This was not our first visit (we have visited it from before the Mandir even started construction and contributed to brick-laying as well) and we are aware of such stipulations that we respected. Yet, the accusation.
Given the attitude of staff and security personnel, one gets a feeling that the Mandir management is not interested in having Indians or Indian-origin people visit it. The behaviour is simply unacceptable.

Very bad experience, security guard not behave in manner. Comeback from gate after long way drive and also long queue
Security is Horrible
We visited with a kid and 2 senior citizens at 10:00 AM, the queue from the Parking to the security point took us 1 hour. The guard wanted Physical ID’s. Behavior towards families not good. They don’t have a separate queue for kids/ elderly people. Our kid’s water-bottle
was not allowed. Respect to god. However I am never visiting again. Immigration queues get cleared faster are than this.

Worst BAPS experience
The security guards and parking attendants make the whole divine experience worse. Bunch of brainless fools are during the security checks. Checking inside my wallet and counting the dollars and other currencies. My daughter had a water bottle and they told us that we need to go back to the parking lot and leave the bottle there. It is burning hot and we have to go all the way to parking lot 3 . They’re not allowing us to throw the water. Even the security checks at airport is better. The parking assistance is another worse. We went to parking lot 2 and we were told to park at lot 3. We have to take all the way an U turn and had to park. BAPS is supposed to have wonderful experience . But unfortunately these behaviors are worse and gives us nightmare experiences.

It would be better if you could add an ID card scan option using the mobile phone camera.
Useless app
We googled to book our time slot for the temple visit at Abu Dhabi.. it forced us to download the app and the app does not work at all..

Managing of Entry can be improved as due to Heavy rush resulted in huge queue. Bathrooms needed better and regular cleaning. Rest everything was in order and enjoyed the experience.
Will never visit again!!
The Temple architecture is great etc but our entire visit was ruined because of the Security guards at the entrance. They are rude and not considerate to old people at all. I was waiting for my family to finish the extremely elaborate scanning and checking, when the security lady told her colleagues to ‘chase them away’. This is not the way to speak to visitors who have come to pray. Particularly one Mr Ashish Rana from the security gave us a hard time with his female colleague whose name I could not take down. They made us keep our personal umbrellas outside and failed to provide umbrellas in the hot burning sun outside at 12pm.
The security inside the temple was kind and treated elders well though, however this incident will always stay in our minds.

Booking is useless
Booked time slot was meaningless.. Unnecessarily reached as per booked time. It is open for all and no proper management. 🙏
Worst possible app for a Temple
I’m not sure if BAPS will see this review or it’ll be blocked by the app developer but this is a shambles of an app. The website automatically opens this app on iOS and there’s no way to fill out an online form outside of this app on iOS.
They don’t want people with iOS to visit this temple. Disgraceful.

Awful user experience
The app doesn’t use common user experience to give proper useful errors back when registration fails.

Chaos due to app
Entry to temple is a chaos as the app doesn’t work and could not get OTP even after trying 5 times. Spend 30 mis for registration and ticket which is an unnecessary procedure
