Not rocket science
The design team showed up for work but no one else did. Cant seem to actually use it to order consistently. Honestly guys its an app to order salads, this is very sloppy eng work, figure it out
Food is Great, App is Not
Half the menu is always “unavailable” in the app so the person must go into the retail store to order. The item is available, just not in the app.
Love this app!
I use this app all the time and it makes ordering so much easier. Thanks for making this happen - gets me those cookies that much faster!
App hasnt been working for months
Everytime I open the app it says error loading page - code 1009. Says my internet connection appears to be offline even if it isnt.

Ladies - make my life simpler!
Once upon a time there were two sisters who made wonderful salads out of their single store. A simple concept, wonderfully executed. Then they started getting creative. Their stores now have an oddball collection of products so their counters look more like a Dollar store than a restaurant. Their credit card machines prompt you for a minimum 15% Tip on a takeout order. And this App, which seems to never quite work. I had given up on it months ago, and I just now downloaded the new version to the latest iPhone and I get a white screen of death. Ladies — GET BACK TO THE BASICS. MAKE OUR LIVES SIMPLER.

First you have to re enter your CC every time you order...
then do not make the mistake to order of the store is closed. You won’t be notified and it is almost impossible to get reimbursed...

Terrible version of this app
This new version made the app terrible. It’s impossible to read the ingredients of the different salads. You can add proteins and vegetables only. I could not modify the type of dressing. The Laurier location is not on the app... Finally, I just ordered somewhere else! Please fix. I used to love your previous app!

Needed to delete and re-download
After the major update to 2.0 , I had to delete the app and re-download it for it to start working again. Just an fyi for anyone having trouble with the update.
WORST APP EVER: I was told by a employee to delete it
I placed an order for pick up at 620am to be picked up at the Crescent store for 11:15am. I got to the store at 11:15am and my salad was not ready. I spoke with a girl at the cash and she said my order would be ready soon. 11:25 and I spoke with another girl who said again my order would be ready. I went back to the cash registers for A THIRD TIME at 11:40am and my order was still not ready. Meanwhile EVERYONE coming and placing orders on the spot got theirs before mine. I finally got my salad at 11:47am and told the person this was unacceptable and maybe there was something wrong with the app. She told to delete the app and only use their WEBSITE to place orders.

J’ai l’habitude de commander avec l’application à chaque semaine et de pouvoir faire des ajouts d’herbes de légumes ou autres dans mes salades. Avec cette nouvelle application on m’offre l’ajout de protéines seulement! SVP veuillez corriger pour la prochaine mise à jour! Le visuel est plus beau mais si c’est pour une perte de fonctionnalité c’est vraiment décevant!!!

New interface
I really like this new interfaces, you can customize your plate and the flow is really nicer. Good choice!
The newest version sucks. Please roll back.
I am so unimpressed with the new version of the app. It was so easy and quick to order before and now you have to go through so many steps to order a salad. I hope you will do better at the next update 🙄
Hate the new interface
Prefer the first online version, clean, crisp and easy to navigate. New version is not intuitive, the picture take room for nothing, menu is not complete. Please take a look at this.
