Can’t Cancel Membership
Loved the Mango Car Wash experience, but had to Cancel after my situation changed. Tried cancelling membership using the app. It advised me to call. Woman who answered said to send email - cancellation via phone call no longer accepted. Sent email well ahead of renewal. Still got charged. Not cool.
Buying car wash
Why can’t I buy car wash at home instead off being close to car wash location can anyone one explain? It would save time for everyone plus playing with phone while driving it’s not best idea.
Awful bait and switch
Make a bunch of offers and promises and then take them all away after a month. Horrible way to operate a business.
