Hi there, Thank you for your feedback—we're sorry to hear about your experience. We actually send push notifications quite rarely (only a couple in the past two months), but we understand that even infrequent notifications can be frustrating if they're not relevant to you. We're always looking to improve. A couple of things that might help: Notification Preferences – You can now control exactly which notifications you receive in the Mango settings. If you haven't updated the app recently, grab the latest version to access this feature. Different tones – SMS and voicemail notifications use distinct sounds from our standard notifications, so you can tell them apart. If you have any other concerns, we'd be happy to help. The issue was caused by a widespread outage at our network provider, which was resolved within a couple of hours. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when the app displayed an update prompt that couldn’t be cleared. We received your support chat messages, but unfortunately, they came in outside our working hours (11am-11pm CT).
