Misleading
If I could give this whole process, no stars I would. I rang the Manheim helpdesk and was told I could watch simulcast auctions via this app. I downloaded the app and there was no options for anything. So I rang the helpdesk again to be advised, the app doesn’t work on Apple products. it would’ve been handy knowing this the first time. An absolute waste of my time and energy.

It’s so bad
Pickles do it much better. So I want to bid on a car and there is thousands of lots. Every time I go out of app (not close, just go to another app) it forces you to re-enter your whole email address and password. Very user unfriendly. Also no way to turn bid button off until you are ready to bid on your lot so good luck if you accidentally hit it you’ll be forced to buy it. Very buggy

This app has to be a scam. As soon as you sign in it goes to a landing page that is hardly a home page. You can’t navigate any hyperlinks.

Hopeless app
When trying to set up instructions not clear, not user friendly as it is so limited. Once in it is not set up properly and then trying to enter site online without the app just as bad.
Very user unfriendly
This app is impossible to navigate, you get stuck on pages and there’s no home or back buttons you just have to shut it down and reopen. Completely user unfriendly.

In response to the comment above, I successfully viewed the Sydney auctions on my iPhone and iPad yesterday (Tuesday 29/09/15).
Yesterday was the first Sydney auction using the new Simulcast which would explain why you had no access yet.
