Search Specificity is a Pain
Essentially the downfall of this app is when you create an alert, the criteria which ought to be simple, can become complicated quickly. Let’s say I create an alert for ads that include the words “Toyota Tundra” but suddenly you’re getting 50 alerts for cellphones, diaper genies, and handbags. When you reach out to the support team, they say to add those search results to “excluded words”… But that’s not how search engines ought to work.

That sounds like you may have been using a general search? If you are still having issues which maybe you are because 3 stars doesn't indicate full satisfaction please reach out again. The fact is if you have a car search that is showing non cars then its something we need to review. Please escalate to developers in this case.

Worth it
Absolutely worth it!! Your first deal essentially will pay for the subscription. The customer service is also very good and allows you the chance to work with them directly so easily. I can’t say enough good things, but I will say that this app is ahead of its time. It is not mainstream yet and it is such a blessing to be able to use. It is such an advantage, and it is worth the money-Jose
