I use it when I need it.
I’ve used this app several times in different stages of my life. Usually to get me out of a low frequency/mindset. It really helps me. It’s nice having technology on your side/team. For that I’m grateful!
I love this App
Genuinely I love this app, most of it’s free unless you choose to add on other things, aside from that irs awesome. Hardly any adds and you can adjust how many times they notify you a day and when. Super convenient throughout the day to remind me to keep a positive attitude.
TLDR: download it, it’s amazing. you can always delete if you don’t like it 🤷🏼♀️
PS, note for creators: please make some of this gender neutral, my boyfriend would love to use it. I understand it might be catered toward females but I think your platform and downloads would expand greatly if making it open to all genders.

Healing Without Blame
The daily reminders and affirmations are grounding and encouraging. However, I don’t think that it is necessary to speak negatively about a former partner to heal, find inner peace or to move forward. For me, healing is more about personal growth than criticizing someone from the past.

This app is not what it is advertised to be at all. Just affirmations and positive quotes. Not a single section on sending texts. Don’t waste your money.

You’re basically paying for quotes
Unfortunately none of the negative reviews I saw were based on the actual content, just the price/subscription so I’ll provide what app is actually about. The daily exercises are literally just them throwing Pinterest quotes about confidence at you. There are no helpful insights to the situation you’re in.
For instance, I’m in the “make him obsessed” course because I wanted tips on how to land my coworker I have a crush on but they don’t talk about that. Just quotes about how awesome I am and how men want me. There is a section with articles but they’re not personal to the course you’re in. I was looking for actual tips on how to get someone who barely knows I exist interested in me. It’s not worth the price. You might as well just look in the mirror and tell yourself you’re pretty all day.
