Disappointed

I just found this app and I had been waiting since I paid the $69 to get access to all the videos. To find out from others’ posts that this was available three months ago and I hadn’t seen any notification before this is highly disappointing.

Content Incomplete

The digital content from the National Eucharistic Congress was finally released 2-3 days ago. It’s nice to have some of the sessions recorded on video and audio, but some of them are audio only. This is incredibly frustrating to find out on the digital release day since there were cameras present at ALL sessions during the Congress. There was a breakout session where the speaker cooked Penne Allá Vodka, not having video access takes away from the talk tremendously. There also was one very high demand breakout session that was omitted from the digital release (One in Christ, Divided in Politics) which hundreds or even thousands of people at the Congress had a desire to see on its digital release date. I imagine many outside the conference paid to have access to this talk as well since it’s so relevant at this time. For $99, formerly discounted at $69, and the sum of money some have paid to see the conference previously, having most of the breakout sessions be audio-only except for the majority that were formerly released on YouTube is a slap in the face. Although I am grateful to have some of the content available, the buyers I have talked to were given the impression that ALL talks would have been released the same way they were released on YouTube. This was misleading and incredibly disappointing. Very poorly done job.
