Grant Horner

This app is very good and easy to use. Once I set up the Grant Horner readings, picking up where I was in the daily readings, it flows very smoothly. There was another GH reading app for a while, but it can’t be found anymore in the App Store, and I’ve been telling people to use it.
This one is a much better option than that one had been. Thank you for developing this and for all the thought you put into all the options and settings.
I do have one issue with it, and I saw something where you (the developer) said you read all the comments.
When I get to the end of my 10 chapters on any given day, it doesn’t stop. It either goes back to the top and starts the next day’s readings, or it goes to the next chapter of the 10th reading. It has done each of those things each time I’ve used it. I just found this app this week and have used it every day since, and it does it every time. Is there a way to fix this? I want it to stop at the end of the 10
Chapters.
Then.. I have three suggestions, brighter of which is absolutely necessary, but could be helpful.
1) When you are in the scripture, there is no way to see which chapter you are on. Maybe this is because I’m using a larger font, I haven’t tried a smaller one to see if it changes. But I can see part of the book name at the top of the page, but nowhere can I see the chapter number.
2) In the Grant Horner progression, if one is only listening (not looking at the screen) it would be nice if it were more obvious that it has moved from one book/chapter to the next. It’s subtle because nothing “announces” the book and chapter. You just have to realize you’re listening to, say, OT scripture now instead of NT. Etc.
3) It would be great if the scripture scrolled for you as you’re listening, so that you don’t have to be holding your phone or manually scrolling all the time. But I realize this might be a big deal to do. I remember when the YouVersion app didn’t scroll and then it changed, and how much better it became at that point. But I have no idea how complicated it might be to add that feature.

Again.. thank you so much for this app and the great options and features, and how much thought and excellence you have developed into it. Great job!

Great Bible app!

This is a great Bible app! It’s perfect for tracking your Bible reading: M’Cheyne and Grant Horner are available (and some others too) and everything is 100% customizable. There’s also a feature called Circles that’s like Facebook for your Bible reading!

Underrated

Great for a grant Horner reading plan, and it has an audio Bible
