Very user friendly app and fast reliable delivery

Would’ve been 5/5 if it wasn’t for the delivery time

I love Mano, I have used it pretty much every week for grocery shopping over the past year and a half however more recently the delivery time has almost tripled. Today alone I have waited for 2 hours for a delivery. Their delivery riders are clearly no longer taking their jobs as seriously and it’s just very disappointing. Hope to see this resolved soon.

Great for grocery shopping!

I love Mano and practically use it almost every day. My orders are always delivered on time and if I ever have any issues their customer support team is really easy to contact and also very responsive. This new app update is great, love that we now have the option to provide the estate code and and delivery notes to the driver. It makes the whole process a lot more seemless. Great job Mano team!
The only constructive feedback I have is to please auto expire the live activity widgets once a delivery is complete!

Unreliable

In the countries I have been in, you are by far the most unreliable team. Your excuses are far worst than your sins

Terrible customer service

MANO’s customer service is bad. If you have an issue with your order, do not expect the person that attends you through the “Support Helpdesk” to give you a resolution. The only way you can try getting a resolution is by following up with them constantly and wasting much of your valuable time in the process. They will repeatedly ask you for the order number, they will repeatedly tell you that they’re looking into it without any other detail or follow up, and they will repeatedly ignore you. Their system is lacking and their support staff are either under-trained or insufficient in numbers. If you’re a corporation that requires any special type of invoicing or bulk orders, DO NOT USE MANO, because you will not get the type of professional and timely support that corporate events require. For that, you’re better advised to go directly with the restaurant that does catering.

Best delivery service in Angola!

This app changed my life in Luanda! It is amazing they deliver anything you want in under 20 mins. Quality service, quality products, and great people! I literally use it everyday now.

Unreliable and no customer support

I have used Mano since September of 2024 and mostly it would work (though the service is slow and their time estimates are always underestimated … if it says 30 mins to deliver, it will likely take 1.5 hrs). However, from one day to the next it stopped working on my phone and I could not log in. When I sought customer service, they provided absolutely no support. And I was unable to log back in to my account and have lost all my receipts which I need for corporate reimbursements. If you are a corporation, I strongly advise against using this app because there is no guarantee that you will be able to access your invoices and there is no reliably customer support.

Poor service

Second time in a row that I order something, they don’t have the product and still bill me anyways. Very poor and disappointing service

Just rubbish

You guys started out sooo well! Now? Your app has so many bugs,it doesn’t work well,delivery takes forever! I’ve complained severely. But y’all seem not to care. Deleting the app for my sanity!

LORD WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

If you value your sanity, do not order from MANO. At one time their service was the best. Now, dealing with MANO it’s like a waking nightmare! If you order from the quick Mart,Do not expect to receive your order in 30 minutes you’ll be lucky if you see it in an 2 hours. And if you are thinking about ordering food delivery, DON’T! If you order something as simple as Burger King, (Which is only a few kilometers away from me) you will be lucky to see it within three hours. 🤯You also be lucky if you receive what you ordered. They refused to refund my money for missing items. Last time it took over 24 hours for my full order to be delivered!!!! Their customer service is again, I will use the word nightmare! I have page after page after page of ‎WhatsApp, messages, and calls. Their excuse for untimely delivery is logistic problems. You do not have logistic problems for 3 to 4 months. What you have is a company with policy problem! If they do decide that they will refund your money, if you cancel the order because it’s been hours and still hasn’t been picked up from restaurant. You can expect to spend hours on the phone with customer service to accomplish this. Then be prepared to wait up to a week to get your refund. You have no one to complain to other than the person at customer service. They do not have a supervisor. This way all of their complaints are shoved under the table they don’t have to deal with them! And the customer gets screwed. MANO used to be about customer service. Not anymore.

I don’t understand why ppl say it is. It a good app it is a great app other apps will be saying that they can’t deliver to my location and there and this app was my only hope and it was amazing. It could deliver to my location. I want to give it a 10 star

Nice concept but need to expand in other areas

This is a good concept and has potential, but just like Lekki is popular so are other areas where people without transportation will sure likely to use the advantages of what this app has to offer. If they compile all the estates near a intersection and radius where drivers will be able to benefit it will be great. There several popular restaurants or supermarkets near very established estates but it doesn’t serve those areas, but only near the restaurant itself. I also feel like someone should really canvas the area well for local restaurants or many alike in Ikorodu or other cities near can benefit platform, customers and drivers especially known in the area. Please fix I can see the potential and solution.

Nothing is responding on the app ! It’s so frustrating combined it takes so long before it responses to what ever you click …I can’t do nothing!
