Average at best. Not fit for purpose
The principle is sound however the execution is lacking. Hard to see activities as an overview. Have to click into each one to see dates, times and availability.
Simple things like it doesn’t show booked activities in chronological order.
To cancel an activity you have to cancel your whole group and not just an individual.
Go back to the old way. Far simpler and suited everyone.

Decent
Honestly just decent, quite useful.
WIP
Nice concept, but some critical shortcomings undermine usability. Principal issue is that of weak to non-existent WiFi/ signal in the majority of the hotel premises. For an initiative that fundamentally relies upon connectivity, this is a glaring oversight. First, ensure the infrastructure is there, then roll out the solution, would be my suggestion. It’ll never work satisfactorily otherwise, so decent WiFi coverage is needed as a priority.
There are many other quirks that need ironing out, far too many to mention, which points to lack of testing prior to rollout. If testing has taken place (evidence of this is rather thin) it has been inadequate and bears the hallmarks of having been done by the developers themselves rather than by a typical user.
