Terrible user experience
While it’s handy to have the program online the app is full of problems and needs a full UX team review.
- Dates in some places are uk in others US
- it would benefit massively from days of the week
- if you put a bell/reminder on an activity then book it it appears in your planner twice as the booked and flagged event, even after removing the bell you can’t get rid of it.
- There is no way of viewing only the sports of interest in one calendar
- the home screen only shows the next activity, seeing the full day woukd be beneficial
- the notifications drop down above the banner at the top and are a pest to get rig of which means you can’t access your booked activities till you manage to clear them
- a cancellation notification appears every time you open the app even after the class has passed
- you are using the app to book sports/sessions but it’s multiple clicks to access, it should be accessible from the home page
- it’s glitchy and requires closing regularly including a complete deletion and new download of the app to get rid of an error message stuck at the top of the screen which meant I couldn’t log out and back in to try to resolve

Alana Beach Resort
In Rhodes with Neilson, booked an open water swim on the Neilson app at 08:00 on 24th Aug 2026, the swim booking was confirmed, turned up on the day and was told swim was not scheduled. This is the second holiday this has happened. The app clearly has a number of problems as you can see by the reviews and Neilson needs to invest some time and effort to sort it out otherwise it will continue to frustrate and inconvenience its customers and they may chose to book elsewhere.

Too many crashes
Great in theory. Way too many crashes. Infuriating. Would be good to be able to see the bookings of other adults in our party as an option.
Basic info, poor ux
Gives you the info, but doesn’t make it clear in the schedule which sessions you’ve already booked and where there is a clash.
