Very buggy app. Do not susbscribe

I have subscribed to the annual plan for manorama max and I still can’t watch the movies. The app is very buggy and you will lose your money, their support is non existent

Audio Encoding Corrupted on Apple Devices!

Audio on any apple devices; Apple TV, iPad, Laptop is horrendous! Dialog comes from right side only and entire audio feels like its coming from a hole. Customer service doesn’t respond either. Why start and charge money if you don’t have the team? Pay your employees! Frauds running this business.

Only 2-3 ads work

Every time you watch an ad it gets stuck after the ad and the program won’t play, sometimes even refreshing won’t work

Newest version not supporting chromecast

Tech team, Urgent update required. I have a yearly subscription. I was able to cast content on my TV with Google chromecast till the previous version. It has stopped working now. A white pop up would come up in the earlier asking to select cast option to screen. This isn’t there in this version. Also, another issue is earlier when we casted and went back to the content screen, the movie stopped and would start from the beginning again. Please rectify the same and release the same so we can continue to use the app. Inspite of subscription, not able to watch anything which is unacceptable.

Poor video quslity

Dear Manorama Max PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the quality of ur movies to 4 k. The quality when is really really poor it mars the experience.
I dont have anything more to say. Improve ur app look and feel too, it feels very cheap.

Good South Indian movies mainly Malayalam movies are available here!
Will appreciate to have more movies in this ott
As the languages available is limited so the plan could be more cheaper than current available

Issues after app update

AirPlay feature is gone. ManoramaMax app in Roku TV is not working anymore. It won’t even start. I know this is not the right place to write about Roku app, but I hope the developers will notice this.

From the U.K., paid for the annual subscription, downloaded the app, no OTP received even after several attempts. Can’t use the app! I see from the reviews that the issue was reported from a customer in UK two years ago and it is pretty bad that the developer does nothing to resolve it even after two years. Grow up!
