Does not load
The application has an issue where it does not load past the Splash Screen for me. The app, no matter what I do (yes, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling), it does not load past this. It stays on an activity indicator and gives no information as to what it is trying to load, so I’m not sure if it is getting stuck because some inner logic failed or because it us having trouble accessing the servers it should connect to. Either way, I hope I can get some support in this so I can get the help I need. In the meantime, I’ll be using the web app instead

Mantra Health, Mental health and wellness
As a visually impaired college student I can’t benefit from this mobile app because of the extremely poor accessibility design of the Mantra Health, Mental health and wellness ios app VoiceOver just says tab repeatedly I would love to see this issue to be resolved if the app wants a huge influx of visually impaired users benefiting from this app in order to get their mental health needs met thanks for reading my review and I hope you will consider my feedback in order to improve your app’s design for everyone’s benefit

Unpleasant/inconvenient App display and usage
I find it highly misleading that Mantra puts up pictures of being able to schedule meetings ON the app, when you can NOT do that. Whenever I go to schedule a meeting, it opens up a tab on my phone’s browser (Safari).
On top of that, they also have a picture of being able to meet with your therapist on the app, which is NOT possible either.
Lastly, I found it highly unpleasant the way the app is laid out on the screen, with some text being way too close to the borders of the screen. It’s just unpleasant to the eye and uncomfortable. They had way too much time during the beta to make these fixes, but chose not to.
It’s pretty simple… Don’t release an app that’s NOT READY!
