Language setting
My app is showing French but I need English, I couldn’t find any setting option to change that.
In general good app, but several bugs
Return me what I would like to see, that’s good. But two very annoying issues, 1. When you switch phone and transfer data to a new phone, the app in the new phone will be blank screen, might be authentication issue behind, but I have to delete the app the reinstall. 2. Spin not working often, keep letting me spin, but don’t give rewards.

Expedia benefits not as sold
We were told the Expedia benefits were unlocked and usable as you earned them. Turns out you can only use one discount per year and not get one for bronze, silver, gold and platinum as it was sold to us. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Spin the wheel
Has anyone earned a gift card recently? I used to get them fairly often, but I haven’t received a single one since July 2025. I spin weekly and get 5 or 10 points every single time! Between that and the device not syncing regularly, it’s becoming quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this? I really hope it can be improved, because it used to work well…

Recent version not great
Several sections are not working. I have completed one of the well-being questionnaires numerous times, but the results are not registered and the questionnaire does not show completed. Sleep information is not collected from Apple Health (I verified they are connected) and the personal goals have disappeared in the recent update.

Horrible User experience
The password works for all platforms, except this Vitality. After changing the password still keep popping the error msg. Please hire someone good developers!!!!
Buttons do not work
Update: after closing it for a couple of hours and logging back in, it seems to be working as expected.
December 2025 app update: the buttons do not work. You cannot Login and the two factor authentication buttons do NOT work.
Even after deleting the app and reinstalling, you cannot get past the initial loading screen after authenticating.

App not working
App not working on iPhone 17 pro max running iOS 26.1 Crashes at startup and says “check connection”. Happens on WiFi and cellular.
Life insurance that adds to life
I enjoy life insurance that I interact with each month that I can set goals to reduce my costs and win prizes

After adding login credentials it does not open and says check your connection. I tried phone data and wifi both

HERES the one thing…in the app. There is content that is not yet mobile friendly.
This pertains to certain reviews and the educational content.
When trying to complete a course, I can only view in landscape but then need to move the page from left to right as I read through the content.
I think you would see a noticeable uptick for courses on the Vitality app if your team can fix this issue

Doesn’t work
App keeps crashing. Doesn’t work.
Missing points
I used to be a vitality user years ago and had really good experience back then, now rejoined thinking it’ll motivate me to exercise more and sleep better, but my experience this time is so frustrating! The only thing it counts is steps - no points for workouts or sleep. Googling a solution and reaching out to customer service every day to get the points awarded isn’t ideal… Please fix the issue on the app.

I downloaded it, logged in, and then it says “oops something went wrong” and then it doesn’t load and nothing happens. Absolute trash.
