It won’t sync my step counts I waited for 10mins and kept refreshing. Also is it just me or there is an error, it says 1.8 million steps for a 5% discount ??

Always require login information
I don’t know why an app just for counting steps need to resubmit password so often, even I always use the app. It can’t remember the password but need a complicated password. Wasting time.
Can’t use the app after update
After updated the app, cannot login the app. I tried to reset password via “forgot password” but no “submit” button appeared after entering email address. Please fix the problem as soon as possible.

Can’t Connect Tracker
It’s been months and I still cannot connect my Apple Watch back to the move app. I contacted customer service and no one seems to be able to resolve the issue. I got this app to keep track of my daily steps as part of my Manulife insurance plan. It’s so discouraging and inconvenient not knowing how many more steps I’ll need on average per day. It’s not the first time I’ve encountered the same problem, but this time the problem is just ongoing and I cannot connect to my tracker. Super annoying!

Sign in every time when you open the apps
After the update, you need to sign in every time or the apps will not count you step.
The worst app on my iPhone
The only reason to use this app is because of the discount in premium. The user experience is bad, and too much update just for no reason and no improvement.
Difficult to setup
If you more than one device, the connect of them will be difficulties.
Waste of time and space
Don’t bother. Unless you are going to open this app daily and stare at what is essentially an app tracking your data, it doesn’t update the data.
Without doing so, you’ll end up with blanks in the step data. Not sure why I even bother.

Nightmare
Just like all Manulife electronic escapes. Nothing is functional. You go through the process and it denies you email can be real.
And when you get over that hurdle to creating a password only when you break their formula do the tell you the rules. Then you have a ping pong game of revalidation when you don’t fit their wonky systems. With no options to contact anyone.
How can they tell me that the emails I’ve have don’t look real?
They get one star for achieving an app.
But I do have many many regrets investing in Manulife! They are astonishingly incompetent in technology to an astonishingly incompetent level for money managers.

Data does not sync with Apple Watch
Tried but several times but the past data from my Apple Watch does not automatically sync with this app. Appreciate it to help fix this.

It did not work as expected
The step data is never synced properly from apple watch, and it was frustrating. The app needs to redesign how to collect data. Nice idea of the app, poor execution.
