What's New in Manuscript
2.3

What's new in Manuscript Kids 2.2 • Now on iPhone. The same app, progress, and subscription on iPhone and iPad. Practice syncs through your own iCloud, so your child can carry on with whichever device is nearby. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets come along too. • Photograph paper practice. Take a photo of a page of pencil writing and see every letter checked, right on your device. • Fairer tracing scores. Careful tracing now earns the score it deserves; scores were often far too low. • Every letter opens its own lesson. "Start tracing" on a letter's page now opens that letter in the mode you picked. • Ask Siri. Say "Practice handwriting" or "Open my rewards" to jump straight in, or use them in Shortcuts. • More of the app in your language. Deck names, stickers, adventures, settings, printed sheets, and reports are now translated. • Calmer notifications. No more alerts after every lesson, and the app badge clears when you open the app. • Safer for little hands. Links from widgets or elsewhere can no longer open Settings or the parent dashboard while your child is using the app. • Plus: one child switcher on the parent dashboard, an accurate letter count on the Family Board, and many smaller fixes.
