User reviews

Requires premium for everything

Absolutely garbage app, you get three choices of premade maps and everything to make your own maps is locked behind a 9 dollar paywall. Not worth it, the search for a better mobile dnd map making app continues.

Response from developer

Sorry to see that hard reaction to the paywal. I’ll take the feedback and communicate it more clearly in the future. To clarify: you can create your own maps in the free version too. All the tools (grid & hex, tokens, markers, fog of war, measuring, drawing on multiple layers, etc.) are available from the start. What’s limited is the max number of maps, markers, tokens, and layers. And just to set expectations: Map Mirror isn’t meant to be an alternative to Procreate or Inkarnate and it never claimed to be. It’s more of a digital whiteboard to present your world for the group at the table.
