Cannot register for a challenge

Since the update, I cannot sign up for a challenge. After clicking the registration button, the confirmation button pops up, and after clicking the confirmation button, all you get is another confirmation button. It’s an endless loop of clicking those buttons without successful registration. Please fix. Thank you.

Very opaque app that doesn’t really work

The list of winners is never displayed so it is a bit opaque..
Plus every month I get kicked out and I have to re sign in. And today it just doesn’t work. The webview to sign in ask me for my paris2024 credentials, and then the sport heroes page opens and nothing happens. So I can just not sign into the app anymore.
What a waste of time and energy.

Horrible app

Accidentally choose French instead of English, not able to change and Walmart so ever, have to register another one with different email. Very bad app ever
If there’s an option for negative, I will rate this as negative 5

Doesn’t work, only in French

Will not give me the option for an English menu. Will not link to my Garmin account. So far it is useless.

Can’t find the directions for connecting Apple Watch apps to Marathon pour tous App

I may be connected but I have no way to verify it and can’t find the instructions to access anything. I just keep getting sent to a page with multiple platforms I don’t have or even want like Garmin, Polar and Google fitness app.

Cannot connect to Nike app

Keep getting the message saying "Sorry, we can't talk to our servers right now, try again later". Strava doesn't work either. What's the point of trying to log my miles?

Was working now isn’t and no response

My review is the same as Hugo’s. Was working for months and then one day I was logged out and can’t get back in. Just sends you in circles. I reached out to sporthero last week and still no response, beyond frustrating.

App doesn’t work

The developers need to put their things together and fix this app. Even already logged in, it asks you again to join , put your credentials in and then bum back to the join screen in an endless loop. So frustrating!

Logs me off and won’t let me log in

The app works when it works. But every week or so it logs me out and won’t move beyond the “join” page even if I log in with my credentials. The only way to fix is to delete and redownload. Please fix

Reinstall the app if it is broken

The app stopped working in March. You could not get past the join button in the app. I removed the app and reinstalled the app. I gave the app permissions to my health app again. Everything now works again.

App logged me out & doesn’t let me log back in

App logged me out after a previous app update and doesn’t let me log back in. The latest update didn’t resolve the issue (the app still doesn’t let me log back in.)

What’s the point of app update if it doesn’t resolve the issue?

App unusable; use website instead for tracking

The app worked in January and February when I first started using it. Unfortunately, now it’s not working for me, so I use the website instead.

1) when I open it, I get a series of photos with a button that says “join”

2) I click on that and it takes me to the Olympics sign in page; so I sign in

3) It takes me to a page for #sportheros; I click the green button button that says “continue as…”

4) I get directed right back to #1

Perhaps more people need to be hired to manage the app? It must be a lot of work organizing the MPT? I wonder if anyone who previously worked for the New York Road Runners could get on board? I think the NYRR do a great job of managing the chaos of amateur racers (like me!). Anyway, thanks for your hard work and hang in there!

Log in loop

Tried deleting and reinstalling app but keep getting stuck in the “join now” loop where even after I log in it returns me back to the same screen. I am nervous my mileage (especially my long runs) are not counting towards the challenges.

Can’t log in

It has been more than a week since I can’t upload my activities because I can’t log in to the app. After I enter my email and password, it just stay there in the log in screen.
