Love Da Resort….but
My wife and I love the Margaritavile Hollywood Resort…it is where we re-kindled our romance two years ago. This app however…SMH! First rule of marketing is Do Not Put Something Out There That Doesn’t Actually Work!!!
Useless
Margaritaville, your app is useless. Having the same issues as other reviewers who reviewed the app 1 year ago. Come on!
Does nothing
Same as other reviewers - I received an email saying to download the app and enter the code to link the reservation to allow for check-in, electronic key, etc. No such functionality exists.
Not useful at all
Received an email from the hotel inviting me to get the app and link my reservation. Downloaded it and there is no way to link my reservation so the rest of the app is pretty useless. One star is for the list of restaurants and available menu.
App needs serious attention
I received an email from the hotel in advance of an upcoming stay suggesting this will help with every aspect of my visit from checkin to mobile key capability.
I downloaded the app and ran through its functionality and none of what the hotel email says about the app is actually available. No check in expediency, no way to connect my reservation with the app, mobile key is not even a part of the app.
I think I’ll plan on this being a non-app supported visit.
