Stayed in July 2026, everyone is right, I don’t know what the point of this app is. I did the online check in through the app but still had to check in once I got there. Was supposed to be able to use the app to open my door but it never worked. And then when I tried to check out through the app, I got an error during multiple attempts and still had to checkout at the desk. When I was trying to research information about the pickleball courts, there was zero information, I had to physical walk to the courts (after asking someone where they were) and scan a QR code for information. The app was actually worse than useless, it wasted my time. Don’t bother downloading!

sizing is all wrong, cannot even search for your reservation.
Great App
The developers must have updated the app recently because we had no problem loading our reservation. We used the app to put in housekeeping requests, order food, and checkout and it worked great.
Horrible!
Doesn’t let you enter info on screen to search for reservation. Worthless!
