Cute app and easy to use
I really like how simple it is but also you could do so much with it.
Unable to sign into my goodreads
The app looks promising. I have been using goodreads for 14+ years. Decided to try something new. I am unable to import my books from goodreads. Some of the labels cannot be read in dark mode. Please fix

Best Bookish App!
I really love this app!! I have used/currently use several to see which ones I like best — and I keep coming back to Margins. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to use. It has a huge database - even more than more well known apps. I love the various ways you can track what you’re reading and that you can create your own lists. Highly recommend!

Excellent app for book lovers
I’m so glad to have found this app as an alternative to the apps owned by big tech companies who also sell books :/ I love all the options for tracking progress & setting goals, I love connecting with friends and strangers about what we’re reading - I just love it overall.
Exactly what I was looking for.
I told my daughter I needed a way to keep track of the books I’ve read. (After buying one, I had already read). She told me about Margins. (Oh not another app) But I love it and it’s with me when I’m at the book store.
Nice looking app but imports don't work
Wouldn't import from Fable or StoryGraph properly, and until that works the app isn't really worth using to me, but it looks nice, and I like the organization.

Love the layout and the functionality of the app. The dev team seems to answer issues very quickly as well. This seems like an app truly made by fellow readers for readers. All the downsides of Goodreads and fables are gone minus one. My only issue with this app and it is not the apps fault is that Goodreads reviews aren’t great. I think it totally makes sense to connect with Goodreads reviews because there are the most users on there! However I felt like the fable reviewers were more thoughtful, maybe because it’s not a go to app so the readers are there are a little more intentional? So I do feel disappointed by the quality of reviews on margins however still highly recommend the app! Easy to switch over from others and this is definitely my go to tracking book app.

my favorite book tracker app. minimalist and customizable, really user friendly. only complaint is the iPad app doesn’t have all the same options (mobile has more), but that’s something that will probably be changed with time. The mobile app is incredible and I love it so much.

Best out of the Bunch!
I had downloaded 13 different apps trying to find one that I can just put all my books in smooth and easy and all that apps I tried were not user friendly and was not smooth to operate. However this app was the only one that let me add all of my books and was easy to use! Even when some of my books didn’t pop up with the bar code all I had to do was search them and it came up easily! I wish I would have found this app years ago!!

I’ve been strictly GR for years. This app has superseded my expectations honestly. First of all, the syncing of all my books was such a smooth process. I love the steaks, the calendar that shows what I’ve been reading as well as the reading sessions.

BEST. BOOK. TACKER. EVER!!
I’ve tried a lot of book tracking apps, goodreads, fable, storygraph etc.. my favorite part is that it not only tracks the amount of books i’ve read but the number of pages! so as someone who reads large books (800+ pages) it’s hard to keep up with my book goal for a year. Verse I have a page goal, and it’ll my stats for weekly, monthly and yearly. I was able to upload my good reads info so it also showed me the past few years as well! Not to mention how pretty the app is in itself! 5/5

Doesn’t work properly
The app is beyond beautiful and full of fun but it simply didn’t work on my iphone. Adding a book or a reading session was an absolute nightmare (my ios version is ok for this app, I just don’t know where’s the problem). Maybe I’ll return to it later, but I don’t like the app that erases my activity and reading sesions and doesn’t work properly all in all :(
