Very slow and unprofessional
I would say don’t even try to use this app , just waste of time I was waiting for a doctor for more then hour and at the end they said your appointment is rescheduled for couple of times they have done this therefore, highly not recommended
Horrible experience
They charge you money before any appointment. Then after taking your money , the doctor refuses to consult. If you’re charging somebody, why are you not providing doctors??? It’s not a charity

I booked the appointment paid the money the doctor did not show up I kept waiting then I asked them to refund my money so I can find another doctor but they have automated messages tried to contact multiple times not replying

Very disappointed with this service. I paid for a consultation but never received a call from a doctor. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times to request a refund, but each time the call gets disconnected after a minute or two. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app based on my experience.

Worst experience ever
I booked the appointment and paid the amount, but the appointment was not showing in my appointments tab. I contacted support, and they said they would connect with me via WhatsApp. They never got back to me.
I kept chasing them every 30 minutes, and they kept repeating the same excuses. Later, they told me I could book with another doctor over WhatsApp for the next day.
The next day, the same thing happened. When I followed up again, they said that doctor does not provide consultation over the whats app—even though the second consultation was booked by their own support team.
When I asked for a refund, they said they would only return the money to my Marham wallet.
They are scammers. Their support team is completely incompetent. They are making haram money.
What should I do with the money they have put in my Marham wallet?

Looks like a scam, have paid the money already yesterday, but the appointment has been cancelled three times by the Doctor already.

Underrated Team
hi its good initiative to make that kind of platform but the customer care team is doing nothing to care about the customer especially after booking no one is available to sort issue with doctor availability as most of time dr is not available online. By my experience i would give them one star after losing my two appointments out of four.

They are just looting money from people living abroad. I booked appointments through this App a couple of time and everytime the doctors were of no help. Especially Dr Huma Aslam was a total cost of fraud. I paid for coginitive therapy which was mentioned in her profile and after payment she spoke with me just 5-10 minutes and said “ oh I am not suitable for that therapy”. Total waste of money. They are the worst service providers I have ever experienced. They took almost 4 days and still couldn’t connect me with a single doctor. They kept rescheduling my meetings again and again, and I kept waiting for 4 days. In the end, they cancelled the appointment themselves. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

A very poor and fraudulent app. They deduct money, do not provide doctors as per “no availability” then refund after several calls, and 3 business days to WALLET. As credit only usable on app. Shame

On sept 30th, I paid PKR pkr 3000 on Marham.pk to book a doctor’s appointment The payment was deducted immediately, but the appointment was never confirmed/never booked.
I contacted support on same day time via [email/chat/phone] and provided screenshots and transaction proof. Despite multiple follow-ups, no appointment was scheduled and no refund was issued

I believe they are just a scam, until didn’t charge they were in touch on WhatsApp, once money paid no one was there to assist, as well as there was nothing in the app about appointment.
