Bad update
Whoever made this new update clearly doesn’t actually use the app in real life. Too many sub menus. Way too much navigation to get between functions such as list and scanner in store. Some “clickable” things like “save to list” are about one pixel wide and difficult to select. Did this go through no real testing?
Update: it’s worse! Now the list function lists every isle as “other”.
Truly why is the functionality going backward? How is this allowed to happen?

Problems with fuel points
Points no longer update. I can’t use them at the pump. Not able to get help from Kroger customer service.
Bug testing
I’m convinced that you are trying to make this more unusable than the last update. I can’t add certain items as they keep falling off the list and when I try to check off certain items they keep coming back. The sort doesn’t work right either. Does anyone even test the update? I can’t use another app because they don’t have the aisle labeled for the store. Maybe I just need to go back to a paper list. Do better!

Latest Update is Not Good
I use this app religiously for my grocery list shopping but the latest update made the shopping list horrendous to access and look at. Why would you not offer a compact view and just make everything giant pictures?? I actually hate this, it’s not intuitive because you have to search inside the item to figure out what aisle it’s in instead of having things just naturally grouped by aisle. Please put this back to normal!!!

They keep making the shopping list harder to find!
I’m not paying for delivery! I want to go to the store with my shopping list and do it myself!!
The shopping list is no longer working! My shopping list today was empty and I couldn’t add anything. The app only worked on my husband’s phone and he was able to re-add our list.
This is so stupid! The app’s shopping list was way better than Jewel’s app. But now, the app is almost unusable. The app really hates people wanting to actually GO to the store and not pay delivery fees.

Unable to open app on iPhone.
Even after updating my phone, I cannot open the app on iPhone 8.
Awkward
Every time I open it it looks different. It’s always awkward to figure out how to access your rewards card.
App malfunctions
First time using this app, the order was 2 hours later, shopper wasn’t communicating because they couldn’t use the app, I’m trying to notify customer service but the link to contact customer service on the app is broken.
Update is TERRIBLE
Typed EGGS into search bar and got frozen blueberries, corn, and spinach as matches. Try again, Mariano’s!
Poor sync
Items in cart do not carry over from the iPad to the pc. Erosion
The worst
This app is the worst. If you are creating a list you cannot search for items while in the list, you have to back out 3 screens, search select and then go back to the list to update quantities. This used to work however they took searching while in a list away. Some items show ‘find item’ and when you tap that it always says we are experiencing technical difficulties. There is no easy flow to make a list. Bring the old functionality back!

Garbage
Changed there delivery system. Always out of majority of groceries. Ships out expired groceries. Instacart delivery now. No kroger delivery. Customer service is slow. I’m done

Please - when I pick “search by department “ can you at least list the departments in alphabetical order? Is that too much to ask?
And I do search by department, it lists stuff that is not found in that department
When I try to display the coupons I’ve clipped, it does not show them all.

Unusable app with last big update
I hate this app, and I’m trying to move away from shopping Mariano’s. The app is a nightmare if you’re trying to shop in store. I look up an item and at the bottom of the screen it says “pickup only.“ Is it on sale in the store or only in a pickup order?!? Who knows? I used to use this app to make a list in app easily and then go shopping, as the home screen had an “add to list” button below it. Now everything has “add to cart.” Bye Mariano’s.

Items unavailable
What is the point of this app and delivery service if so many items are unavailable for delivery? Feels like a scam
Countless groceries keep getting removed from delivery memberships
The items that can be delivered is incredibly inconsistent and seems to be reducing every time I shop. Salsa, hummus, bread, veggies, salad, and more of my usual items have all switched to pickup only. The Boost membership quickly became a waste of money when they removed so many items from delivery. I will not renew my membership without Kroger expanding the items available for delivery.

Poor app experience… can’t generate a password to create an account in the app. Can’t register my card. Can’t get coupons.
